Default Vibration at 70-80km

I have a 1996 850CD with 136 000km. It's gets a vibration at around 70-80km. Not all the time. I have had a wheel allignment and wheel balance done, and it's still the same. Any idea's?

I also have that vibration at 55-65 mph. I was told it could be ball joints, and mine were F'd, but replacing them also didn't fix it. I tried rotating tires, and still there. Which bushings would cause road vibration? control arm, sway bar, etc. ?

Check all the control arm bushings. Also could be a bad axle.I have seen bad axles cause a vibration before. You can check the axles with the car jacked up.Hold the inner joint and rotate the tire back and forth like foward and reverse with your hand .See if you can feel any play.I have also seen a bad transmission cause a vibration as well.
