While driving the car suddenly turned off. A anti skid required showed up. A friend of mine came with a reader and the code said p1719. We looked up forms where it said to disconnect the battery for about 20 or 30 min. The car started working but after a month I was left with the same problem.

 

Resetting codes does not solve problems. You'll need to scan it with VIDA to see whats really going on and get some volvo specific codes to further diagnose. Since the Anti skid came on, if it relates to the current problem, could be a powertrain issue. But this could also very well just be your car stalling because its a fuel trim issue.
