Hello All. I have a 2000 S40, and I had been working on the front of the engine, so I needed to take the 2 engine covers (upper and lower) off. I unscrewed the spacer bolt (volvo part #9146202) that holds the covers on and the covers came off no problem. Of course, when it was time to put the covers back on again I cannot locate the bolt . The Stealer wants 13$ for the part, and you can get it online for 8$, but if I just had the thread size and bolt dimensions I could get an easy replacement for less than 1$. Have tried to get the dimensions without success. Anyone know the thread size and bolt dimensions? Thanks.
