Default lighter socket - blown fuse?

My lighter socket is not functioning in my 2002 S40, and I suspect it's probably just the fuse that might be blown. Does anybody know where I would find the fuse for the lighter socket, and which fuse it would be?

Checked in the S40/V40 owner manual for the 2002 model.

The cig' lighter fuse is shown rated at 15 amps but my car has a 20 amp fitted and the guide chart on the inside of the fusebox cover confirms that size.
The fuse applicable is number 9.
The fusebox for the interior electrics is located on the left sde of the steering column and below the footwell shelf for a left hand drive.
Right hand drive is opposed naturally and on the right side of the steering column.

my 01 manual listed the #2 fuse and the #9 fuse for the cig lighter. Mine wasn't working when I got the car. I pulled the #2 and it was blown. It was a 20a fuse. There was a spare in the cover, put it in and works fine now. I don't know why there are 2 locations listed.
