Question P0089 and P0445

Have a 2007 S40 2.4i Sedan and for a year have been dealing with P0089 and more recently with P0445 ; I have replaced the fuel electronic sensor and the fuel pump, and lately replaced the fuel cap. These replacements saw the check engine light disappear only to see it return within 50 miles of driving.
I really don't know what else to do to a great drive with only this difficult light that continues to return.
If anyone has had this problem resolved would greatly appreciate any advice.

Thanks
