Default S40 engine trouble

Hi everyone... registered here today to get some repair advice. I have a 2005 S40 2.4L (186,800 miles) that has had problems at times with lack of power when driving and not starting/idling properly. Got an OBD II reader which initially gave me six codes before clearing and trying again:

P0089 Fuel Pressure Reg 1 Performance
P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1)
P0190 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0191 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor CKT Range/Perf
P0193 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit High Input
P0455 EVAP Emission Control System Leak (Large)
(The above definitions came from the Actron book with my reader.)

I cleared it, drove the car around the block once and checked again. Just three of the same codes came up this time; P0089, P0171, and P0190.

I don't have a lot of maintenance experience with this car (Or any Volvo) since I got it just a year ago. So far, I've just replaced one engine mount and removed shims from the A/C compressor clutch to get that working again.

Any information on how I should proceed with what ails it now would be greatly appreciated... the what and where of it.

Thanks,
Mark

Sounds like the fuel pressure regulator has gone bad. Common problem on p1 s40s

Fuel Pressure Sensor. The newer 2004.5 + Volvos don't have the traditional Fuel Pressure Regulator like the 2000-2004 1.9L models. The newer models use variable voltage supplied to the fuel pump to change pressure.

The gray thing on the fuel rail in front of the oil fill cap.
