Elect fault/emissions light on dash!

Does anyone have problems with this stupid light on their dash?

Mine comes on about 3 mins after turning the car on... there is no electrical problems (that i can see) and just wondering if maybe it is sensitive to emissions as the car gets older?

The O2 sensor might be bad.
