Part Replacement

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this part. It is broken as shown in the picture and my brakes have stopped working. thanks

You are aware that your hydraulic brake system relies on the vacuum from the engine to operate properly?

We cannot help you without some information such as make, model, and in some cases the year of the vehicle.
