2001 S60 Cranks but won't Start
Hello all,
I'm new to this site and generally just read and read until I find what the problem is. Well lets start by saying it is a 2001 S60 just recently purchased with a known issue it wouldn't start. I have dice/vida and only DTC code it is giving is the alarm siren. I have read that it may/can cause the car to not start. I have seen the repair vids and all write ups on it. The thing is, with fuse 38 pulled to disable the siren it still isn't starting. Vida shows no other codes. Dash shows no messages except a bad abs sensor for left rear. I have another siren coming in but it just puzzles me as to why it won't crank. BTW just put new plugs in and tested each coil, changed out the antenna ring for the key sense and tried disconnecting the maf with no luck. It is getting fuel by doing the quick test of hitting the valve on the fuel rail and has pressure. I even pulled the injectors out to make sure they are spraying. Old plugs were soaked and looked as if never changed. Other than 2 codes via vida there seems no reason it shouldn't start. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any and all responses. Also just to add, only one key and key-fob.
