Default 2002 headlight VS 2005+ headlight

Would there be a problem if I decide to put the headlights of a S60 volvo (2005) to my S60 (2002) model?

Thumbs up

No problem at all. Simple changes to the wiring and good end results, much better lighting and better styling. Just need those wiper plugs now. Good luck!

Just did this last weekend:

Flares are Heico, about $400 for the pair, no side skirts.

As far as the wiring goes, there is a yellow wire from the headlight assembly that needs to be connected to the chassis. The wire takes all the grounds and brings them to a single yellow wire which you need to extend and bolt to the grounds on each fender, look and you'll see two or three bolts on each side under the hood that have a bunch of wires running to them, these are chassis ground, that's where you connect the yellow wire from the headlights.
