i called the dealer and they said it takes one. have read if i have a plastic tank also confirms it takes one.
i bought 1 at aut Zne for $22 but could not locate the thing on the car.
judging by how big this thing is that i got from the store i must either be terribly blind or stupid.( i know, its both..)
its even bigger than the 1 in my F150 5.4L

where do i look?
its my first volvo so am learning how...touchy... parts ect are for them. nice car though. next will be a ATF fluid flush with, of course, ATF 3309

ok, i read elsewhere that its on passenger side. i was looking under driver side. ill check tomorrow.
