Default 2005 S60 run-on

My Volvo started dieseling last week. I did some research and I found a few possible causes, but I'm looking for advice on where I should start. I'm a novice (though, I'm proud to say that I have accumulated quite a few successful auto repair projects under my belt!) so any help is appreciated, as I'm also broke and need to DIY this thang.

It only runs on for a second. At a stop, it idles between 600-750 rpms. It has never stalled. No dashboard lights are shining, but about 6 months ago I brought it it for a transmission service (maintenance only) and the mechanic noted two error codes: fuel level sensor and MAF.

It's a turbo engine. 150k, with 5k on a rebuilt. It has been super well-maintained.

I have read that I could try putting Sea Foam into my gas tank (but to then be ready with a new fuel filter). Would this be a good place to start?

Just thought I'd update: I followed your advice and cleaned the MAF sensor and that was the culprit. Thank you!
