Default s60 2.4 head question

I am replaceing a 02 awd 2.4t head with an 01 s60 2.4 non turbo head
Casting # looks same, all else seems same.

I will be using valve cover and cams on car and with replacement head.
Anything that with not work?
cams not born there?
cover not able to move over?

any advice would be helpful

I will also be rebuilding turbo, best kit?

Don't do it.

Cam cover is machined to the head and cannot be swapped.
Different valves.
Different valve springs.
Different VVT setups.

Are cams different, can I have machine shop flatten VVT solenoid part of cover, and just move sprockets over?

No. Put the right parts on the car.
