Spark Plug Replacement

Spark Plug Replacement
What does Volvo recommend for Spark plug replacement (# of miles). Also, noticed that there is a black plastic (air?) hose that gets in the way of the SP cover. I removed the screws holding it in place but it still isn't giving me quite enough clearance to remove the cover. Do i have to remove one end of the plastic hose first?
Also, i bought a set of the oem Bosch spark plugs from the dealer. Are these pre-gapped? If not, should the gap be .028?
I have 52k on it and bought the car at 44,500 from the dealer. Didn't think to ask if the plugs were changed already.
Its a 2006 S60 2.5t
Thanks.

Sort of hi-jacking my own thread here:
Thanks for the info Bender.
Short of bringing the car in for a full Tuneup, Can someone provide a list of basics that should be checked, replaced, or topped off for the basic Do it your-selfer?
I know about the Timing Belt/Tensioners but my short list would include:
1. Oil Change, Filter and gasket.
2. Spark Plugs
3. Fuel Filter
4. Air Filter
5. Top off Trans,Brakes and coolant as necessary.
6. I read somewhere about 'cabin' filter? Are there others?
7. Brakes/rotors as needed
8. Flush radiator if necc.
Anything else i'm missing? Car runs well right now with no issues i can tell.
Thanks.

If you want my advice, do a drain and fill on the transmission.. get that fluid changed out before it becomes a real problem to do... See the trans fluid sticky, has all the info there
2. Don't wait 60,000 miles on the plugs, just do them..
3. I personally would bleed the brakes and replace the fluid (I would upgrade to a dot4 racing fluid such as ATE superblue $16 a bottle) if doing any brake work.. Topping up brake fluid is not really recommended.
4. Changing the cabin air filter is a must, its amazing how much dirt and crap it collects..
5. Go with synthetic for the oil change.. your turbo will love you for it...
www.fcpgroton.com as your source of parts and you are good to go!
