Cool Windshield washer fluid nozzle spray direction issue

Hello,

I drive a 2002 S60. There are two "nozzles" on the hood of the car which spray windshield washer fluid on to the windshield.

The problem is, one of the nozzles is not spraying the fluid at the windshield properly; it is spraying the fluid straight up instead - so the fluid from that nozzle winds up on the hood of the car, not on the wind shield.

Has anyone had this problem before, and/or does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I took my car in to a repair shop about a year ago and they fixed the same problem with the nozzle. It only took them about 10-20 minutes to fix it, so there is an easy solution, but I don't know what it is. (Since they fixed it about a year ago, the problem has returned - this time I'd like to fix it myself.)

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Jimbo
