Turn Signal Problem
I have a 1999 Volvo S70 I bought for my daughter. The turn signals have started to work when it wants to. The hazard are fine when activated. The turn signals won't work inside on the dash or outside blinkers when it is acting up but will work fine at other times. Any ideas.
