Default OBD II codes

So after about 3 weeks of having my check engine light on I went to auto zone today. They pulled two codes out P0442 & P0455. Both are basicly the same thing as far I can tell from what the print out's gave me.

P0442 is a small EVAP leak/ no flow condition
Probable Cause,
1-defective/lose fuel cap
2-evap canister or hose cracked-not connected
3-purge or vent solenoid defective
4-vac leak

P0455 is a large EVAP leak
1-defective/lose fuel cap
2-evap canister or hose cracked-not connected
3-purge or vent solenoid defective
4-vac leak

My volvo is a 98 S70 non turbo with 205k miles, the light came on one night when I started up my car leaving work. The car shaked a bit when I turned it on (more than normal start up) and the check engine light followed. So that leads me to think that its not the fuel cap. Anyone have ideas as to where I should look?

Default RE: OBD II codes

Either bad fuel cap or a hose in the Evap system.
