Default P0014 Code

Happens intermittently on a 99 that's been sitting for over a year. The car does have a tough time starting and was low on oil. After a search I saw something about a CVVT module and cleaning that might fix it?? If so, what does that look like and where is it located? The car runs great once started, but I really haven't started working on it yet and have put less than 10 miles on it.

Is the CVVT module the ONLY thing associated with that code?

Thanks in advance for the help.

CVVT or Camshaft position sensor are the common problems with this code from the brief search I just did. Checking there volts to see how they are working would be easiest to determine If they are faulty.

From what I read cleaning really doesn't help it seems.
