if you want to do it the simple way, you can buy the tune up kit here from FCP groton for $85

Generally, a tune up on these vehicles would be, Fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, cabin air filter (with IAQS in your case as you have a t6 model) and of course doing an oil change while your at it helps..
What you should do, is look into the various parts and be sure that everything is correct for your particular vehicle..
In the tune up kit you are given a fuel filter but you should verify beforehand if your car has the "long" or "short" fuel filter.. I believe you have the short but just look into it..
If you would choose to buy non-Volvo spark plugs, generally the Bosch platinum's are recommended to do the job, I personally use Bosch fusion iridiums but this is by no means necessary.
Re: Oil change, the OEM filter is Mann or Mahle, and that will do the job.. personally I use this along with Mobil 1 10w-30 High Mileage, I'm in Florida, hence the 10w and not 5w..
May as well do a tyre rotation while at it and I personally give the fuel system a cleanout while I am at it by just dumping a bottle of the shell Vpower fuel system cleaner into the tank.. I'm not sure what is everyone else's opinion on this, but it works for me...
Not sure if autozone still offers it, but they were selling 2 bottles of the Vpower for $16, then you get a $15 shell gift card with it, meaning it costs you 50c a bottle (as opposed to the shelf price of 7 or so)...
RE: Labour, there are a few guides on the website, eg. andrei recently made a fuel filter guide, and i have seen MUCH info on changing the cabin air filter, the spark plugs and the air filter... just look around the forum and you should find it all
Finally, welcome to the forum, hope to see you around regularly!
