Default 2007 Volvo S80 - Accessing the front oxygen sensor for Bank 1

Hello all,

I am extremely new to the mechanic thing. I am having trouble determining if it is easier to access the front oxygen sensor in Bank 1 from above or below.

Thoughts?

PS - According to VIDA I have to remove this first, but I have no idea what this picture represents.

Thanks for the responses. I changed the oxygen sensor over the weekend and without a doubt, they are easier to access from below.

The first sensor on the first bank is all but inaccessible from above.
