Hi everyone. I did do a quick search before I posted this and didn't find anything exactly like what I have, so sorry if I missed the thread but:

The driver side seat belt is stuck retracted. When I go to pull on it, it only gives about a mm or so and locks up, like when you step on the breaks or pull it too fast, but I can't get it to move at all. Is there a way to fix this, or a correct way to open the panels covering where the seat belt goes inside the body?

Ok..does anyone know how to fix or even take a look at this seat belt? It is still locked and seems pretty enclosed. Or does the silence mean take it to Volvo.. =/
