Default Looking for the best tire...

I would like to get your opinion on this because I think it will help me a lot.

When I first got my car I had Michelin Pilot HX MXM4 All-Season Grand Touring tires on it (see link below to know the specs.). Which is the OEM for this car. Well I hate to say it but I really don't like these tires and I don't think I will ever get them again. Right now I have Goodyear Eagle GT Ultra High Performance All-Season tires on it (see link below to know the specs.) and they seem to be doing fine until I saw that I barely have any tread depth. I am not sure if it was due to having to get a rack and pinion replaced or what but I am afraid that I have to get new tires. So I did some shopping and this is what I have for finalists.

Bridgestone
Turanza Serenity

Bridgestone
Potenza G 019 Grid

General
Altimax HP
This is the one I am considering...

Goodyear
Eagle GT
This is the one I currently have...

Goodyear
Eagle ResponsEdge

Michelin
Primacy MXV4

Michelin
Pilot HX MXM4

So which one should I get or rather what do you have on your car?

Thanks for the help!

if it was up to me, i'll save a little bit and get some Yokohamas.. just as good as all of the above but maybe save you $50 overall, enough to get them mounted and balanced... (dont forget to allign when getting new rubber!)

Another thing you need to consider is what you want the tyres for... do you want long distance cruising tyres that will focus on noise reduction, smooth ride and length of life,
or do you want sport tyres what will last a lot less, be a lot louder, just grip better as well..

look through the difference categories and decide what you want for yourself
I personally insist on getting AA traction, so thats where i start my search..

I should also mention that tirerack is actually more than some of the other sites such as www.discounttiredirect.com

That site gives free shipping which tire rack doesnt..

Default S80 t6

I have always stuck with the Michelin tires and the specific model for the car that came standard or as an upgrade. The Micheline tires have a unique rubber composition that sticks to the road and have gotten me through snow-storms and torrential rain storms here in the North East and they corner beautifully even when I push the twin turbos through the corner.
They last longer if you take care of them as well.

If you want quiet, long life and good grip, Michelin's.

Thanks for all of your responses!

I am mainly looking for a good tire that can last me a really long time. I will most defiantly take a look at discount tire direct. I have heard of them but I forgot what their website was. Thanks for the link!
