Cherry Bomb? Rims?
Hey i've heard of Cherry Bombing your car. I'm thinking about doing it to mine but i'm not sure if its safe for my car? FYI my car is not a turbo. (volvo s80 2.9 2002) so i'm wondering if this is even possible for my car and if it will sound good or not. Oh and one more thing.. Does anyone know where i can get a good cheap (4) set of rims and tires? Thanks

I don't think you're going to get a lot of feedback on "cherrybombing" a Volvo, this isn't a Honda forum.
As for rims, I personally like the OEM look, however you can get rims from a ton of places and isn't it more about looks then price to some degree. As for tires, cheap tires ride like crap for the most part, spend a little more on tires and enjoy them longer and have a smoother ride.

Cherrybombing a Volvo is like mixing a 18yr Scotch Whisky with Fanta.....
Basically its a BAD way to spoil something GOOD...
You have to understand that this isnt your normal "tuner" type Japanese car.. and trust me I know, I own 2 Hondas and 3 Nissans...
If you want to do the exhaust on this car its probably going to cost you almost $1000 bucks for a decent setup...
Also, if you want rims, I always found Volvo rims tend to suit the car...

Pegs are the nicest Volvo rims, so enjoy!
Also, PLEASE spend the money on proper tyres... It might cost you $30 or $40 more each, but TRUST me you will not regret it long term... Continental ExtremeContact DW or DWS are amazing options
