Default Code p0300 Random miss

I have a 2000 S80, My wife started out with it the other morning and it was running rough, by the time she got home with it it would hardly run. I pulled the codes and got code p0300, p0100, and p0101, I replaced the MAF sensor, the plugs and 1 ignitition coil the plug for cylinder 4 looked fouled, I also cleaned the throttle body. The car runs good driving down the road but has a rough idle setting still, the lights also pulsate what am I missing?

Maybe one of the plugs are bad or a coil could still be bad.

I changed out 2 more of the coils took it on a 20 min. test drive it ran great no problems got it home let it idle in the garage no problems, shut it off started it right back up and it started to idle rough and is doing the same thing it was before I changed the coils. Could this be a fuel issue?

The car has been setting since 11:00 this morning, I just started it and it is running smooth if I take for a test drive turn it off and restart it, it will idle rough? I just rechecked the codes and now I have code p0011, and code p0300.

OK then maybe the VVT reset valve on the top of the cam cover is bad.
