I wouldn't worry about the mirror and the alarm thing, which takes $1000 off. PCV should really be changed as pressure build up can increase chances of other damage. Power steering, motor mounts also important. Airbag message repair could wait. Buy some wipers off ebay for $8.00 and replace them yourself.
Take it to an independent mechanic you trust and get them to look at it and see if they come up with a similar list.
This is a good example of spending a little bit of money up front to check the car out before buying it could save a bunch of money and headaches later.

first off she was a fool to pay that much with all the warning lights on. My suggestion to her would be to find someone that has mechanical skills and buy them a few cases of beer to do most of the repairs. The PCV oil trap is a pain but for $800 it can be done in 2hrs. Quicker had they not buried one of the bolts behind the accessory bracket. It's about $70 in parts. The oil leak was due to the clogged PCV valve. I'm sure she has sludge throughout the engine as a result too. Upper mounts are about $50 each plus cost of alignment and spring compressor rental.
