Default Oil filter housing

I just changed my oil and my oil filter housing leaks like a sieve. I had an extra filter so I put in a 2nd one,w/ o-ring in correct place. And it still leaks . I used a Nordic filter that has these 2 numbers on it. 1275810 and VO01275810N . Any ideas? TIA

Go to minute 2:20, to make sure the O-ring is in the correct spot

Replace it if the o-ring is on correctly.

I watched that video and that is where I placed the o-ring. I guess it needs replacing. I have a lot of Teflon tape on it now. Will top off oil and try it.
