Volvo s80, 2000 a.c problem

My car accident blows very cold but there's a little problem. The back seat Ac blows only from the top which is on the b pillar, but it doesn't blow from beneath the seats. What could be the cause? Can someone help me?

No that's not how it was designed. It's used to work before, but it stopped recently
