Bad coil/coils could cause every one of the codes except the 0455 code.

I would check the coils and plugs and clear the codes and take it from there.

If you have 2 coils or plugs bad then it can be causing it to show running way to rich causing the cat codes and O2 codes.

I would not drive it till you get it figured out.

Almost forgot the 0455 check the gas cap and make sure it is on good.

If that is all good the worry about fixing the other first then we can work on the 0455 code.

Thanks Tech, I am going to try to check the the coils and plugs tonight or tomorrow. How can I test the coils or can I? I've already cleared the codes so hopefully I can get these things checked out, try running it again and see if the codes show up.

It is hard to test them usually it will specify a certain cylinder then you can swap it with another one and see if the code switches cylinders.

Also if you remove them and inspect them I will bet they are all cracked unless some have been replaced.

I just thought about this. They are coil packs aren't they? So each cylinder has it's own.

My vadis is acting up as well. I know this Cylinder 1,2,3 is bank 1 Cylinder 4,5,6 is bank 2. I don't know the exact firing order off hand.
