Windsheild Washer and Headlight Wipers

1999 S80 - My washer fluid for the windsheild and headlight wipers stopped working. I checked all the fuses and relays that I could find. Everything seems okay. Any ideas?

Do you Hear the motor running?
If not then I would check for power at the motor.
