Volvo S40 Passenger Air Bag light on
Hello everyone.
This is my first time on this site and my first time "posting" on line. I have read the previous posts regarding the suggestions but my situation is a little different.
I have had the dealer reset my passanger air bag light indicator twice. Each occurence has been when my dog jumps from the back to the front somehow triggering the service indicator. The dealer has diagnosed a faulty sensor estimating a $1200 repair. I am wondering if my dogs sudden jumping onto the seat has something to do with it rather than it being a faulty sensor? I have owned the car for 4 years and this has only happened when my dog is my passenger.
Any suggestions or past experiences would be greatly appreciated!
