Sounds like the lock cylinder might have gone bad.
Here is where you should go next. Pop the top cover on the steering column off. The remove the 2 screw holding the lower cover on and remove. Then look on the back side of the ignition you should see the electrical part. Remove the 2 screws and remove the switch. Then see if the key moves then. If it does then the electrical part is bad. If it doesn't then the lock cylinder part is bad.
Once you remove the electrical part you might be able to get it started.Leave the key in the ignition and turned as far as you can. Then turn the electrical part with a screw driver and see if it starts. It should the Immoblizer should still read the key since it is still in the ignition. You are just bypassing the key turning it to start it.
