Crank position sensor fault after timing belt change
Hello,
I just changed the timing belt on my 2002 V70 T5. Did plugs and an oil change also.
Drove the car to work 1hr. No problems, no faults- runs great.
On the way home I got a check engine light. OBDII gave me a crank position sensor fault.
I cleared the code and ran the car for a few minutes - no faults.
On the way to work this morning - no faults - stopped for coffee - started car - got fault code again!
Is it possible the belt slipped? Too much oil in the engine? I'll post the exact code tomorrow.
Thanks for your help!
Steve
