Headlight adjustment

Hi, I am new to this forum.

How do I adjust the headlight on my V70 (new shape). The dipped beam from the lights is simply too low, it only illuminates a small puddle in front of the car.

I've just had a look and it a bit different on my V70. The electic adjuster has a single white plastic adjuster and there is another one on the top of the lights towards the outer edge.
