Default reinstalling cyl head need torque specs

This is my first time installing a cylinder head on a volvo, but i have plenty experiance with fords. Can anyone tell me the torque specs for the head and the cam cover? Is there any other specs i may need, or any other tips that may help. Thanks.

Cylinder head
stage 1 20 NM 15 FTLB
stage 2 60 NM44 FTLB
stage 3 130 degrees
Starting in the center working out.

My book at home doesn't have the Cam cover spec's.
I think it is something like 15NM or something like that but don't quote me on it.

Maybe someone with Vadis can look it up and post it.
