Hello Everyone,

A message from Elizabeth Brown, Sac Volvo Club Planning Committee:

You are invited to join us for the 8th Annual EuroTech Tech Session, Lunch, and Planning Meeting on Saturday, April 16, 2016 starting at 10:00A.

EuroTech is a local shop specializing in all phases of Volvo diagnostics, service, and repairs. The owner, Peter Mausolff, has many years as a Volvo tech. The session will be a free flow format with Peter and his staff available to answer questions, take a look at your car, or even get it on a lift to check out that issue you have been avoiding. So, bring your immaculate, dirty, dinged, vintage, new, or barely alive Volvo!

There is no charge for this event.

After the Tech Session, we will have Lunch and the Planning Meeting at a nearby Chinese restaurant.

1. Call for Volunteers:

Volunteers needed to purchase / donate coffee and donuts for the EuroTech Tech Session.
Amount needed to purchase / donate depends on number of volunteers and RSVPs received.

If interested, please contact Elizabeth (Contact Us - Sac Volvo Club) and/or fill out the new registration form below by 6:00P Friday, April 8, 2016.

Elizabeth will be in contact with volunteers after the RSVPs close to discuss quantities needed.

2. Answers to FAQs:

FAQ 1: Is the EuroTech event in lieu of the Davis 2016 event?

Answer 1:

The EuroTech event just happened to be scheduled in April this year.
It was not scheduled in April to replace Davis 2016, although all are welcome to attend.

If you have never attended a EuroTech Tech Session Event before it is a laid back event open to all Volvo enthusiasts that combines multiple elements:
Tech Session
Coffee and Cars Car Show
Lunch
Planning Meeting
Possibility of Junk Yard Run (time and weather dependent)

FAQ 2: Any updates about Davis 2016?

Answer 2:

There is still no known date for Davis 2016, however:
Davis 2016 (information update, not event planning) is an agenda item at the EuroTech Planning Meeting.

Based on the strong interest in this topic, we will need an accurate head count as we may need to adjust event plans / reservations.
