License Plate REFLECTOR

License Plate REFLECTOR
Anyone know where to find these or know a name for it?
It's for a 1991 740 sedan (probably fits all years) and it goes around the license plate.
Like it makes the large area for the license plate into a smaller space for an American license plate and has red reflectors around it. It's basically an extension of the brake lights/reflectors on the back of the car. Mine has a hole in it now, and I'm not sure that I've seen anyone else with the thing.
