1999 Volvo V70 (phase 1) Load cover repair kit
 

Hi all, just thought I'd share this with you all. I have found a website here in Europe (Germany) that makes and supplies a repair kit for the retractable load cover. These have a nasty habit of shearing off the plastic tubes from the end caps:mad: These guys make a great kit that is fairly easy to fit to make a load cover do another 15 years at least:) Mind you I didn't buy one, I just downloaded the installation PDF and being a skilled Engineer, made exact copies of the parts needed on a lathe, Bandsaw, linisher, and a turret mill at work from offcuts.....so cost me nothing!!!!
