Anyone recognize this hose?

1998 Volvo XC70 2.4L Turbo

Replaced the rear cam seals today and noticed that this hose was loose. I'm pretty certain the 90 degree elbow connects to one of the two ports on the turbo intake hose, but not sure where the other end connects to. I removed the battery and airbox to do this job...

Let me know if you have any ideas!

That looks like a line that goes from the purge valve to the vacuum tree. It could also go from the tree to the lower side of the intake tube.
