2001 V70 Driver's seat replacement? Compatible models
 

I have a 2001 V70 with the tan leather interior. My driver's seat is looking a bit shabby. Not only is the leather getting worn but the seam between the leather of the seatback and the vinyl side piece has split and keeps getting bigger.

I figured that I could get a seat out a car that's being parted out.

Do I need to stay with my generation of V70 for a replacement seat or will a newer model V70, S70, or XC70 seat fit up without any problems?

Really, no one can offer advice about what seats will fit my car?

Have you tried online Volvo parts places dealers to check part numbers to compare seat cover numbers?
