Apparent fuel starvation
 

An intermittent problem shows up usually in second gear and more often when going uphill resulting in a lack of acceleration in any gear, after a while it picks up as though one or more cylinders was not firing. It has had a service and nothing shows up on an obd reader, garage cannot replicate the problem. Ideas anyone please?
