Thanks for the help. We do know that they are vin specific and we know where we can order one that we have to send the old one and the key so they can program it to work. We will see if we can find someone to check the codes again.

ok got the codes most of it is no fault found or items found active. Here is a list of items "found not active"
ECM-210F Front heated oxygen sensor (H02S) - faulty signal
ECM-2200 Rear heated oxygen sensor (H02S) - signal too low
ECM-3502 Misfiring - Cyl 1
CEM-1A52 Communication with DDM control module signal missing
REM-8D11 High mounted stop lamp faulty signal
DDM-0025 Mirror motor signal missing
DDM-0047 Power supply Signal too low
If we replace the ECM and have it programmed should this solve our problems? Currently the car will crank and run but when put in gear has NO POWER!

The shop that read your codes should have been able to reset them as well. You have a dozen of so computer modules in that car that store the same codes in multiple places, even after they have been rectified. A good shop knows that the codes must be deleted from each module in a certain order to erase them completely. Then you you should go back and have them read again after a few weeks, to see what returns, then you can begin to search out your problems. I highly doubt that your ECU is faulty.
