that's the blower, not uncommon for it to squeal. You can try lubricating with some silicon lube spray (avoid smelly lubes like WD40) but that'll likely be a temporary fix. Permanent fix is to replace the blower motor. You can search for youtube vids and other posts via "noisy blower motor" etc.
