The other day I noticed that my radiator fan was really loud. Checked it out and saw it was running on high. It was on during my whole drive. The next day it once again turned on right at startup and didn't turn off untill I turned off the engine. The car isn't throwing any codes. It warms up normally and doesn't overheat. Anyone have any idea what could be the cause of the issue?

 

Could be a bad fan module - it's part of the fan from Volvo, but can be replaced with an aftermarket part in some cars
