V70 2010 falters
Hy everyone,
I have a problem with my wife's 2010 V70 Drive Volvo. The car occasionaly falters and a screeching noise is heard (for a second or less). To me it feels as though the front left wheel locks up a bit. This happens usually when the engine is in high revs or under high load (steep hill, etc.)
The car has 150.00 km, I had a technical check up a few months ago and everything is supposed to be ok (the car passed with flying colours ).
Anyone have an idea what could be causing the problem?
thank you in advance,
regards,
Davor

Hy, ok so after 6000 km driven I can say that I have narrowed down the possibilities a little. The car only has these problems when ac is engaged. It doesn't matter at which rev (idle or full throttle), the car occasionally makes a short iii noise and a lack of power can be felt ( only for a second or so)
Any ideas anyone?

Hy,
the AC is cooling normal (it's very hot now in Slovenia (around 35 degrees Celsius). The car gets cold very fast, so no problem here..
As far as I know no work has been done on the AC system. Will have them check the compressor. Do you know how much a new compressor costs?
Thank you for your help,
kind regards,
Davor Martinčič
