2009 XC70 AC Recharge
 

I am locating low and high pressure ac ports for my xc70 2009. Anyone has ideal whereabouts?

the low pressure port should be easy to find by tracing the return from the firewall, past the low pressure sensor down to the compressor. Should be on the left hand side low. Older Volvos have black caps (unlike other cars which color code the caps :-( ). The high pressure port is likely to be down behind the radiator trace from compressor to condensor.

You should be able to do a simple recharge with just using the low pressure port, the high pressure port comes in handy when trying to do diagnostics on problems. If system doesn't have enough charge to kick the compressor on, you can jumper the low pressure sensor (on my older Volvo its on the return line from the firewall up high). Also make sure you read the pressure with the engine/compressor running and research correct target pressure for the current ambient (air) temp.

I fount the high pressure port but the low pressure I was not able to find.
