could be lack of fuel, car doesnt get enough fuel when you take off gas maybe? Could be a number of things. How old is the fuel filter, if equipped? Injextor seals ok?

Check for vacuum leaks. Make sure that the plumbing that connects the turbo to the throttle body is intact and has NO leaks.</P>


Your problem sounds like it is VACUUM related. You could also have a BAD Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAFS)or the hose that connects the MAFS to the inlet side of the turbo could be leaking or disconnected.</P>
