HELP! 82 240 problems!!

I have an 82 Volvo 240 wagon. Im getting a very low spark, its not the coil and iv put new plug wires, plugs, rotor button, distributer cap, new battery into it! ANy suggestions as to what it may be?? i need to get this running! help would be appriciated

not sure on the 82 but the bentley book says if it is not what you replaced then it is faulty hall sender, faultyignition control unit or power stage, faulty impulse sender.</P>

My bookis 83 to 93 so I'm not sure about 82. I have not worked on too many of those with that system</P>
