244 tweeter location

I promised my son I would do a sound system in his car. Have the following items to install:

morel Maximo Ultra 502 component set

I need to figure out where to put the tweeters. The car has manual rear view mirrors, so I would like to put the tweeters in those sail panels. Does anyone have a source for blank sail panels? Anyone with a 240 have a custom tweeter set up they can share pics of?
