HU-803
 

My V70 currently has a HU803 in it but the CD player doesn't work. I've pulled the whole thing out and found a piece loose in the CD player half of the unit. I would like to replace only the CD player half if a can as i assume it would be cheaper and is relatively simple. A couple of questions then...

Does the replacement CD unit have to be from a 803? if not which others would work? I don't care if it doesn't have the 4stack.

If i can't find the replacement CD unit only, which other complete head units (if any)will swap straight in ?

The HU-613 will work in place of your unit. It will only have a single CD. Or you can buy my HU-803 for $100 Bob 408-893-2543
