first time volvo owner
 

Hi to all, I'm new here and don't rwally know how this works but I have a problem with my volvo 2000 s40 1.9 turbo. I have white smoke coming from my tailpipe, there is no water in the motor or cylinders. But the turbo manifold seems to be wet with water. The car runs don't overheat and don't misfire. I don't know where to start can anyone help?
